Founded on Field Experience
Joseph Dometita started Total Underground Construction after spending years working in the trenches — literally. He saw a gap in the Bay Area market for a small, highly skilled crew that could take on the projects larger contractors overlooked without sacrificing quality.
Today, Total UC handles everything from emergency water main repairs to full underground infrastructure buildouts for developers and municipalities. Every project is personally overseen to ensure our standards are met on every job.
We hold a Class A General Engineering Contractor license (#A 1094194), and we carry full bonding and insurance on every project we take on.
